For those not familiar with the difference, even though both games have similar look and feel, the hardware is different between the two games. Allied Leisure Street Burners is multi board hardware game and makes use of some roms for storing graphics data and maybe some gameplay data as well. Midway Wheels is a single board game and uses no roms or proms.

Allied Leisure Street Burners has already been dumped ages ago by siftware and Kevin Eshbach confirmed that the data from his own set of Street Burners matches what siftware had dumped years earlier. Both Adam and Rich (DICE) have schematics of Street Burners so it does have a chance of being emulated whenever DICE gets around to being able to emulate multiple board hardware games.
