Even if you manage to get the nylon strings on, it's going to sound like ass. Steel string guitars have heavier bracing on the top, and the nylon strings won't generate enough energy to produce any kind of decent sound. The good news is that you're unlikely to cause any kind of damage if you try it. Putting steel strings on a nylon string guitar, on the other hand, will wreck it in pretty short order.
