Sure, a lot of people who win the lottery are the embodiment of "a fool and his money are soon parted", but I feel like it's trickier than you'd think, even if you do it properly. People get weird when large sums of money are involved, especially if they think they can get a piece of it. > Money doesnt fix bad parenting. It just makes it easier to make problems 'go away'.
I don't think you even have to be a bad parent, necessarily. Even if you don't spoil them and let them run wild, I think it'd be easy for them to develop a sense of entitlement. Seeing your parents work hard and save up for the things they want is an implicit lesson in the value of money. It's a much harder lesson to impart when the money for whatever you want is just always there.
