People have already tried this and people are doing it now. I read an article on it and they said dealing with millions of tickets is a logistical nightmare. One of the big problems was that you don't have enough time between drawings to actually print out all the tickets unless you can find multiple locations that will print out tickets round the clock and exclusively for you only. Then once the drawing is over, you have to sort though your tickets looking for winners since you can win lots of smaller prizes with less numbers. I think in the article I read, they said that they manually sorted through all the tickets looking for winners at least three times with different people because people zone out after a while and start missing winning tickets.

I wish I could find the article because it was insane.
