That's not locialist, it's fascist. Socialists would require only that no color be under-represented, and that clearly contrasting striping be included on all wires for those unable see the colors properly.
No wait, that's liberals. No, real liberals would just say, "Use wires, if you like." Um...
I'm not going to bother checking to see if we have any actual regulations concerning green wires. We know what green means, even if the "no sound, everywhere" corporation doesn't.
