MAMEUIFX 0.151 released.

Updated to MAME 0.151

* Changelog from 0.150 FIX:

- Added "Show Current Time" feature in-game (As suggested in the Forum)
(LEFT SHIFT + G to enable/disable)
- Added "View ZIP File Content" option to the GUI (As suggested in the Forum)
(right-click on a game or "Tools" menu)
- Fixed GUI bug which always changed FONTS/COLORS even with CANCEL button (MAMEUIFX Forum)
- Improved support for ENGLISH COMMAND.DAT in the GUI
(90% mostly completed, still some bits to be fixed)
