emulab.it does not host any roms that I can find, neither directly linked nor in subpages. only datfiles and snap packs. are you sure of your claim?
to find some roms, you have to click on one of the links, which points to a different website, where indeed some bios are available, but if link-to-pages-with-external-link-possibly-hosting-roms are not fine, then we should censor every youtube link on this forum too, because I have found quite many emu-related clips with rom links in the comments...
