C:\MAME\roms < ROM's and CHD's go here.

Go here at http://mamedev.emulab.it/clrmamepro/ and download this nice scanner tool.

1. Click on the cmpro64.exe or normal build.

2. Click on the Create button.

3. On the Filename hit the square box on the upper right side.

4. Browse for the mame64.exe or normal build then click on it. Name the Description and then set it onto MAME on the Emulator. Hit Create Profile.

5. Highlight the MAME on the list or what ever you name it and then hit Load/Update.

6. Hit OK To All and No To All on each question. This will set as split all sets.

7. Click on the Settings. Hit Add on the ROM-Paths tab. Add the path and then close it.

8. Hit Scanner. Checked all on the Check Fix. Unchecked Samples and unchecked Ask Before Fixing.

9. Hit Advanced. Checked Mark disabled sets as unneeded and then close it.

10. Hit Systems. Hit Auto-Assign and then close it after scanned the path.

11. See the black dot on the right side on the bottom? Hit the empty hole there. Hit Use BackupPath. Checked Remove Matched Sourcefiles. Now click on the empty hole on the right side of the bottom to go back.

12. Hit New Scan and let it scan the ROM's folder. Now after it scan drop the ROM's into the top scan. This will rebuild the sets into the ROM's folder.

Sorry if I'm sloppy writing this.
