Here's what I do:
- The really important, really personal stuff is all on paper.
- The important, but not really personal stuff, I generally back up by sending it to myself in an e-mail.
- The really personal, but not really important stuff, I don't so much worry about.
- If it's neither really personal nor really important, I generally don't bother.
