The history is displayed if there is "history.dat" (even in compressed zip or 7z), or in the subfolder "/ history" or directly in the root folder of MEWUI (in this case must be compressed).
In addition to display it in the ingame menu, you can view it on the main screen by pressing ATL + H.
Obviously, in miscellaneous menu, the related option must be active
