I thought (or was under the impression that) it was on his 'Neverland Ranch'. Thus, it would just be a large room/building that was built there.
I recall noticing the details of the walls and ceiling... I'll have to look again....
Edit: Maybe it was a former department store. I don't recall seeing so many bikes (and I think they'd stand out since some of them had flat tires), but maybe I forgot about 'em.
It was the wires up/around the ceiling tiles that made me suspect it wasn't too well thought out... So, I guess that would lend to the idea that it wasn't originally built to be an arcade but more like a converted 'space'.
