Saigo no Nindou (Ninja Spirit) Won't Run

I have been trying to get Saigo no Nindou (Ninja Spirit) to work with MAME and it says that its missing a ROM or CHD file. I have the Neo Geo BIOS in the roms folder, but I still get this error message. Could someone help?
