They probably wouldn't last long. Nobody wants to have to drive to play video games anymore. The best place for an arcade to be is in a city in a heavy foot traffic area. Even in Japan and China I doubt anyone but the hardcore fans drive out of their way to go to arcades much, but if you walk by them in your day to day even casuals will stop in and drop a wad. I bet the busiest arcades in the world probably don't even have parking lots.
