The Taito Nostalgia game I had imported includes an instruction booklet. The very last page is a comic of some sort. Sorry if this would be a lot of work, and I'm not sure how you would convey what's being said in which box, and who's saying what.... Other than maybe downloading the pic and editing it in an art/photo editing program.
I scanned it at 200%, that might explain the red/blue smudgey blurs on some of the vertical lines.
