The thing is, after I took a closer look at how that controller works, I'm pretty sure that there is no product on the market that lets you hook up a six button Sega Genesis controller to a Street Fighter II PCB. It's not good business. Maybe you are one of ten people in the world who would pay for something like that.
If you can't put it together yourself, you would have to make a special order with someone who has the tools and the skills to figure out how to build it. Because of the way the controller works, you need extra decoding logic to make all the buttons work correctly on the CPS2 JAMMA + kick harness.
