GLSL filters for Linux have been in MAME/MESS since long before the HLSL ones. They have not so many options as the HLSL (and you need to manually edit the filters rather than using a slider control), but they do a quite terrific job if you use e.g. cgwg CRT filter ![](//www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif)
