I didn't send it with the clear/thin plexiglass cover and cardboard (artwork) insert (I figured that'd be 4 less screws you'd have to mess with). I also kept (hoarded?) the blue switch cover (for those that may have noticed that in the downloadable screenshotscan of the pcb. It's made better than that ).
How did you get the 'Menu' to appear where you could choose to go back to the title screen/s during the game?
I'll bet it was holding one of the 4 buttons and pressing the credit button.
