1) Using the registered trademark "MAME" without permission.
But MAMA4all _is MAME. How are those guys any different than guys compiling MAME for MacOS for example, or you guys? If you compiled it then everything would be fine, or would you too need to ask for permission? And who would you ask, yourself? But most importantly, why do you even mind?
2) The MAME license clearly states no commercial use. Even if it's free, putting it in someone's app store is still commercial use.

That has nothing to do with license or trademark. You have no right or reason to ask for any such thing. But why would you even want that?
