How do you imagine it is infringing MAME license or trademark? It's free of charge and source code is available, so what's the problem?
And what in the world are you concerned about? There are hundreds of MAME builds just like that on a PC, how come no one was ever concerned about any of those? It's just another MAME build. If anything you should be pleased, it proves MAME portability and more people get to appreciate MAME, it's a good thing.
