no, MCM Plus do not edit MAMEUI games list.
this tool is to delete MAME games files based on categories.
there is no way to remove those games from MAME, unless you edit MAME's source code to remove those kind of games, and recompile MAME yourself.

search games by category in the search edit box and add to the work list.
search for these words:
fruit
pinball
pinmame
add all found games into the work list.
then, you can save them into a .txt file (mouse right-click in work list).
next time, you can load those games back into the work list.
BUT, if you get a new MAME, you must search those game categories and create a work list again...
