I've only ever seen a Sega Bullet Mark prior. There was one at an arcade in Ocean City, MD that was operated until the early 2000's. Bullet Mark is essentially the same game with a different cabinet configuration and targets.

I'd probably rate those games above Tracer. But, Tracer is pretty neat in its own way. The LED scoring, light up bezel, force-feedback and lighted muzzles are a nice touches.
