Cocktail mode DIP switch is set to on. Hit tab, go to the DIP switch sub-menu and turn it off. If you can't do it from there you may have to enter the games' own service mode and switch it off (usually F2), or you can use the 'carpet bombing' method; delete the NVRAM folder contents for each game.
