You're missing the point. I'm accusing MUGEN players of being "pussy-ass" - the noun could be any substitute for "people". I could've said "pussy-ass gamers" but then it wouldn't have been a name drop of a song title. Anyone who uses the "P.A.N." phrase would be perfectly happy to be called an "N." (can't even use the word here apparently) themselves.
