All fucking day I've spent trying to figure out why an 802.11 device won't store its configuration settings. ALL FUCKING DAY. Four other people were waiting on my "6 minute fix" that never happened.
Emails and calls to the supplier are returned, but no more than a "weird, haven't seen that before."
I get an email late tonight...."We apologize for the frustration, but it appears you have received a unit that was not intended for use outside our networks. Attached is a firmware fix that should correct the issue."
ALL FUCKING DAY. A beautiful day at that. Someone has a wicked wedgie coming their way.
