You have to run it as administrator because you have MAME installed in your program files folder which is protected. I suggest you move Hyperspin and MAME somewhere else, for example C:\Emulators\Hyperspin (\Mame). Administrator access is required to write anything like, say, I don't know, *a diff file* to any folder inside your program files folder.
