Hey everyone,
I just got hold of MAME last night (v0.146b, from the website), played a few games with it fine, but I wanted a front end because the normal interface was displaying all the BIOS's (BIOSeses? :P) and just seems to throw up a random assortment of bios & roms on the menu.
So I got EasyMAME (v5.8.1), and it won't display any of my roms (or BIOS's, but I wanted that). When I "initialise ROMs" the report says that ALL my ROMs are bad. I know that MAME is really fussy about its ROMs and such, so I've even got hold of clrMAME to try and correct them, but either it isn't working, or EasyMAME is being stupid, or I don't know.
Any suggestions of what's going on? Do I need to try and find alternative ROMs or something? Cheers in advance.
