The one I saw was a bit overweight, with tan lines, (even, not shaven down below)... and not 'famous'. At least, not famous like the ones this topic is dedicated to. She wasn't even in a pose. She was just standing there... As if one were to just happen upon the scene and you'd be like; "Oh! Mrs. Johnson, I'm so sorry." 
eta: So, no. This person wouldn't pass for a "20 year old" even if she was 40 or 50'ish.
