Was kinda interesting reading this, especially all the evolutions that the 3D hardware (Race Drivin' etc) went through before it hit full retail. Interesting to read about some of the tricks they used to make the hardware work in a way that saved costs.
Was Race Drivin' the first real 3D hardware to reach retail release or did someone else come out with 3D hardware before Atari?
