ST-V Radiant Silvergun problems

Has anyone else noticed some of the "insert coin" text missing at the title screen? I've also noticed that pressing F11 doesn't always bring up the FPS and F12 isn't taking screenshots. Running MAMEUI64 146u2 on Windows 8 Release Preview if it makes a diff.

** EDIT ** Yes, I know emulation for this game isn't 100%, but I don't remember seeing the text bug in the past.
