Well, thing is, it's not a small company. It's Blue Cross/Blue Sheild / Noridian. It's a MAJOR national insurance company. So scheme doesn't really apply as far as I'm concerned. The job is almost a PERFECT fit for what I do now (network admin), the new job is Senior Network Administrator.
I would have to uproot my wife, 3 kids and a pomeranian to get there.
