That's actually a personal preference (which I should probably note on the site).
Typically, I don't change the date unless the artwork in the actual file has been changed, or something significant was changed in the LAYout file.
In this case, the three NeoGeo games are dated as of the prior update, and ddpdojb was simply a name change.
RELAX and just have fun. Remember, it's all about the games.
