Put the drive with Windows 7 in alone then boot the Windows 7 or Windows 7 Start-up Repair Disc (You can make it from within Windows 7). Now run start-up repair twice. It should create the boot files you need. I have to leave for work, so let us know how it goes. Do not run the CLEAN command!
