All ya need is a decent fan with a heavy-duty motor. With a little maintenance to remove dust/contaminant buildup along with the addition of a drop of machine lubricant an inexpensive fan can last a couple decades or so.
Besides, why would anyone buy a very expensive "fan" that doesn't have any blades? Is the buyer afraid something may get chopped off or something? Such people should learn that fans are meant for BLOWING OR SUCKING AIR! LOL! ;-)
