No "if": She is guilty. The motorcycle is registered in her name, not his. She let an unlicensed person use her motorcycle. That person broke the law by doing those hijinks and getting caught while she knew that person had no right under the law to use her motorcycle. Those are the facts.
Dumb mother. Dumb offspring. It's irresponsible people like this who give responsible motorcyclists a bad reputation. It's also a prime example of poor parenting.
