No idea Stil..I've never seen nor heard of bladeless fans.
Maybe you can get one in São Paulo or Rio De Janeiro.
Belo Horizonte is kind of rural, it takes a while for new stuff to appear here. Online, most people are not even exposed to these things, most people don't speak or read any English and everybody uses Google in PT-BR - which means you only get Brazilian sites in your search results.
To add to it, BH people seem very conservative and not at all curious to try new/different things.
