Nope. Their license is basically "if you ever see their source code, they own (as in commercially) everything you program afterwards". And they refused to fix that. So e.g. Phil Bennett has working 3D0 drivers for MAME and MESS that he can't submit because he worked with them and it would cause them to own MAME and MESS. (Yes, we requested very politely that they fix that, and they refused).
In other words, the fact that they are "open source" in a fashion has actually ended MAME/MESS progress on the related systems. No joke.
