I remember when this place looked a lot different. Wait, that was yesterday, or maybe the day before. Somedogg's messed with the default theme.
I remember another time. A time when I had an emulation program, and some games.
I remember other places. Places with Space Invaders on the front page, places full of goatses. Places long gone where the ROM flowed like water.
Places where everyone was ten years younger, times when people pretended it was OK to have a thing, if you pretended to get rid of it.
I remember books. I used to read books. I remember California. It used to exist, though I've never been. I'm not sure places exist any more, beyond what I see.
I remember drinking alcohol on occasion. I remember I was about to get myself a bottle of water when this thread appeared.
I remember people who had fun here, and moved on. I remember people who had fun in other places, places that moved on or became lost in the woods.
I remember a coyote running across my back yard at 6:55 yesterday, after I'd just been back there.
I don't think I can remember fun. I've never really learned to properly identify it.
