My lawn hadn't been this green all last summer. My trees are all blooming, my lillies and hostas have leaves. Been 80+ since last Wednesday, going to be 80+ till next Wednesday. The average high this time of year is 45-50F. I'm absolutely stunned, starting to move toward concerned...

Grab 3-4 bags of Scotts LawnSoil, lay it down evenly. Grab a bag of coated Scotts Sun/Shade Grass Mix. Throw down the seed on top of the soil, rake it in lightly. Water it on a gentle setting until it just starts to puddle. Only water it every third day. The seed that comes up will be fairly strong, and won't need much help with water. Sort of a Darwin approach, but it works.
