Clean version with no additional files, can be found here: progetto-SNAPS Naked MESSINFO.DAT.

* 4.15 24/02/2012: Added some romset infos (bytes/# files/packed bytes), now 91% right, from 'A' to 'S'. Changed the internal numbering of the file (following the order of the phases of completion).
* 4.16 26/02/2012: Added, in docs folder, the file 'sourcechanges.txt', this file stores all the changes made to the source of the MESS (info from official whatsnew.txt) Ready only 0.145u3 to 0.144.
* 4.17 28/02/2012: Aligned files to 0.145u3 version. Updated the SVN until February 28, 2012 (r14652).
