How to clean the extras folders?

Hi. I'm using MAME 0.143u2, and it took me some time to clean my roms folder, maintaining only the roms I'll play.

Now I downloaded some packs with artwork and such, but they take a lot of space (the flyers folder is nearly 5 Gb), and more than half of the files are useless to me, as I don't have all the games.

Is there a program to clean these folders based on the files you have on the roms folder? I also have a list of the roms in a txt file, created by ROMcenter.
