OK, I have played it, actually:

I right now have a quest to get a word I had already gotten, so it is stuck there.

I have another quest to get someone in Solitude to go back to temple, which hasn't cleared after completing it.

I have two copies of Red Eagle's sword, plus one of "Red Eagle's Bane," created during the quest, because picking up a book usually means reading it, and reading "The Legend of Red Eagle" repeatedly starts that quest.

There are several ash piles in Markarth that won't go away, as well as the body of the guy from the prison floating in the water.

The woman killed by the butcher in Windhelm is still there, I tossed her body into a corner so people in the market would go about their business.

As a thief I had to try to pickpocket someone; there were two of him standing near Whiterun Stables.

On buying the house in Solitude, I couldn't enter through the patio door until I'd quit and relaunched.

Also in the Solitude home, the 5-place weapon rack would only hold 3 weapons (this is fixed now).

Gauntlets and Boots of the Old Gods, displayed on a mannequin, were only there sometimes.

The Ebony Blade (unique weapon, not "an" ebony blade) has never stayed on a weapon rack or display.

A dragon claw left on a table near my bed jumped to _under_ the table, where I couldn't get it until it eventually jumped to the downstairs.

Items left out for display revert to where they were initially dropped a couple times before remembering the new location, which was a huge pain when I filled a shelf with scrolls.

A steel helmet vanished completely for a few sessions, then appeared on the floor.

It has been very common to see a mace or dagger hanging in the air along a road.

Many weapons displayed "on" racks are rotated the wrong way and hanging in the air.

I married... whatshername, the sister of the Riverwood shopkeeper, and she did indeed walk out after her vow, before I could move. Fortunately, she returned to the temple after a while; others have lost spouses entirely.

My [spoiler redacted] power, which lasts 30 seconds, often says it lasts that 200000+ seconds. It seemed to be chosen for me at the ceremony where I got it, it wasn't the one I wanted; I can at least change that in a day.

I've had untextured bears and trees, corpses that were only lootable after I'd "waited" for an hour, dialogue lines popping up that were definitely not being said.

On my way to Ysgramor, I decided to stick with the three NPCs that went with me. One fell way behind, only catching up when we had a big battle along the way, and all three (along with my clairvoyance spell) got stuck going back and forth along a short section of road and around the side of a mountain, until I gave up and walked toward the quest marker.

One of the first bandit leaders I killed just stood there while Lydia and I shot him for what was way too long a time.

Lydia was a PITA, sitting and standing and sitting and standing and sitting and standing in my bedroom, so much so that I eventually sacrificed her to Boethiah.

They did get rid of the other three quests/items that were stuck in my journal and inventory, from the Bards College.

The Saarthal amulet/door crashed the game repeatedly when I tried to open the passage, until I eventually found a position and/or spell that didn't crash it.

I had enough crashes that I started quicksaving before and after any door, room, hall, or encounter that I didn't feel like repeating. That seems to have improved.

I've seen bouncing mammoths, I've had dragon skeletons fall on me from nowhere at the Whiterun gate, I was recently set upon by a falling basket.

In the latest version, audio is being frequently dropped from NPC speech.

Have you looked at the light and shadows from the fire pit in Breezehome?

Now they've released this Creation Kit, and it sounds like they're relying on people who've bought and played the game to fix the bugs for them. I suppose that's to be expected; the creation kit itself, supposedly the same tools they used making the game, throws a bunch of errors as a part of normal, expected, essential use.
