Skyrim has been playable since it was released,(on PC anyway) Now with the 1.4 patch not only has it been optimized,but many,many bugs have been squashed.The game plays wonderfully now (again,on PC) and the one bug that I came across in my 150+ hour game,has just been fixed as well. Im not sure about the 360 version,but I do know the ps3 version still lags,but the console versions are still on patch 1.3,since it takes 2-4 weeks for MS and Sony to approve the patches.
