Why, need directions?
If the people that ONLY use IE are _not_ using (either) FF or Chrome they are not _also_ using FF or Chrome (thus the emphasis on the 'AND' vs 'OR'). So then how can the 2 be added together?
I suppose I'm going on the presumption that people typically stick with 1 browser a majority of the time. Not like before they get on the internet they flip a coin or roll the dice on 'Hmmm, which browser shall I use today?"
Threaded Mode, I just don't get. if it were pants they would not fit. I prefer flat, and that is that.
