Tranquilizer Gun appears to use same audio sound board that Borderline also uses.
The schematics pages for audio sounds output in Borderline also apply to Tranquilizer Gun. Odd, but it might be that the same audio board contains all sounds for both games and depending on what game audio board is hooked up with, the specific sounds are played with specific game (Tranquilizer Gun or Borderline). Take a look in Borderline audio schematics pages (Borderline pdf files can be found online) and that is what is the same for Tranquilizer Gun as well.
