Dumb Question: how do I turn OFF my WG D9200 monitor?

As soon as I plug in my wells gardner display, it shows "no signal"... theres no power switch per se.

So I plugged it through a power strip, hit the OFF button, and the display still stays on? Odd.

Do I have a haunted monitor?
