I know that... well I figured that out after. It just amazes me some users on Internet still use it as if they were born before 1940. No current housewife has lived such literacy in a very long time I think.

That's exactly the kind of themes because this term was brought. So basically the older sister is like a stressed businessman with no time for children or anything else but her career. I must admit I learned that at 21 years old and I made sure for myself to never get the chance to work under a corporation ever again (I'm a graduand, if I dare to do it I'll be underpaid). Because of that, while freelancing on your own gets you less money, it also grants you time to spend in whatever you like and love. I'm in favor for both parents to work and take care of the house and children.
