Crazy part is, the driver with the camera probably caused that. The trailer was attempting to pass the plow, (he probably shouldn't have been attempting to pass that close to the box truck) and he doesn't lock the wheels up until he sees the dude with the camera try to pass the box truck (he probably shouldn't have been passing either.)
I'd give a kudus to the truck driver for the way he controlled the trailer. Take a close look at tire rotation and when he locks 'em up. the dude knew what he was doing..
