Are we talking about the same Carey Lowell? Ever seen her in Law & Order? (Nahhhh, prolly not) At 5'10" she isn't exactly a wallflower... And as I recall from that bar scene in LtK, she was dressed in leathers and body armor, with only her arms, shoulders and some neckline exposed.

Dunno, it may just have been a casting thing beyond his control, coinciding with all the reboot business around Daniel Craig. Can't say for certain. (Mind you, they kept Judi Dench... Don't see why Cleese couldn't have stayed too)
