Going by the romident it's a configuration that isn't in mame yet. Capcom did this sometimes. Every once in a while we get a board where all the roms ident as a mixmatch of current sets. If it was an exact match to a certain set in mame they would all ident with the same set listed at least once for every rom. Also if you do -romident foldername >textfile.txt you should get a quicker and less annoying output.
