I had (I think I even posted about a while back) been trying to remember an old 80's cartoon. I seemed to remember it was called "Captain Video" and involved kids being sucked into the TV to another world.
Everyone assumed I meant this:
And while, yes, I WAS remembering that... it turned out that I was ALSO remembering this, which NO ONE ELSE bothered mentioning to me, so I went years thinking I had hallucinated the rest.
Mind you, I only had foggy memories of this show, I don't actually think I watched it all that much, but I often saw the opening when it came on after some other Saturday morning cartoon I watched in the 80's...
[EDIT] and according to one source, that show that came on before Kidd Video was "Mister T" -
... I'm now up to Episode 10 of "Kidd Video" this evening...
